RETURN POLICY 

Incoming Stock Merchandise: 

To secure incoming stock, a full payment of the merchandise value is required. Payments, excluding those for special orders, are fully refundable prior to delivery or pickup, provided the merchandise has not been stored for more than 30 days. Payments on merchandise stored for over 30 days are non-refundable. Refunds for payments will be processed to the original payment method. Cash deposits will be refunded to the purchasers debit card.

Custom and Special Orders: 

Payments for Custom and Special order items are non-refundable. Custom ordered items, tailored specifically for you, cannot be exchanged, refunded, or canceled. 

Online Orders: 

You may cancel your online order and obtain a full refund prior to the product being shipped by the vendor or manufacturer.  

General Merchandise: 

Merchandise purchased from our stock may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original factory packaging and is in "new" condition. Unpacked or opened merchandise is ineligible for a return. Items outside of our 7 day return period are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return. 

Rugs, Bedding and Mattresses: 

For hygienic reasons, rugs and bedding accessories such as linens, pillows, and mattress pads cannot be returned and are deemed final sale.

"As-Is" and "Final Sale" Items: 

Items labeled as "AS-IS" or "FINAL SALE" are sold in their current condition and are not eligible for return. 

Delivery and Fees: 

Delivery fees for completed deliveries are non-refundable. 

Returns Requiring Pick-Up: 

Merchandise returns requiring pick-up are subject to a fee at the Managers discretion. Additionally, restocking fees at the Manadres discretion may apply.
