We are proud to service Calgary, Airdrie and many other Central and Southern Alberta communities. We offer various delivery options including our “Curbside” delivery where we deliver the wrapped product to your front door or garage door. With our “Drop” delivery, we place the wrapped product in the correct room and finally for a hands-free, white glove option, we offer our VIP delivery service where your product is delivered, assembled and all packaging removed.

You bet! — Our team is happy to arrange a transfer of your product from our warehouse and call you once it is ready for pick-up.

Yes! — We offer a number of delivery options including our VIP delivery service where your product will be assembled in the room of your choice and all packaging will be removed from the premises. Ask your sales associate for details.

If you purchase an item that we have in stock, we can typically arrange a delivery within 5–7 days however this is dependent on the volume of deliveries we are currently managing. The delivery of custom items can vary greatly from one manufacturer to the other based on their production and shipping timeframes. Once your custom item arrives at our warehouse our delivery coordinator will contact you and schedule your delivery date.

Yes! — We work with a number of trusted Canadian and North American manufacturing partners to offer custom and special-order furniture including sofas, sectionals, dining and bedroom pieces. Many options can be tailored with your choice of fabric, leather, finishes and dimensions. Visit our Calgary or Airdrie showroom and our team will guide you through the process.

Custom timelines can vary depending on the manufacturer, production timelines and where the product is being shipped from but most custom upholstery pieces typically take between 8–16 weeks. Some programs have faster turnaround times and some are slower. Speak to your sales associate for the current estimated lead times provided by your manufacturer of choice.

For those wanting extra protection from accidents and damage, we offer industry leading 5 Year Protection Plans through Guardsman.
